Sorry about the download problems

For anyone who doesn’t follow us on social media you may not know that we recently went through a server change in hopes that it would fix the download issues we were seeing when new episodes posted. That totally blew up in our faces and we are now having issues with the new sever crashing constantly which is why so many people haven’t able to download the latest episode.

We are working towards a solution and hopefully that will be in place shortly. I don’t have an ETA but it’ll be pretty obvious when it gets fixed. Thanks for your patience everyone and, again, sorry that it’s been so tough.
Cheers,
Team Sideways

Edit 3/22/16 So we seem to have managed to come up with a solution! It should start to populate through to the different sources that everyone uses but the fix meant that we had to move our feed yet again. So if you don’t see new episodes coming through in the next couple of weeks you may need to manually update the rss info (the new feed address is: http://thinkingsidewayspodcast.libsyn.com/rss). Thanks again for tolerating us as we work through all the technical hurdles.

Edit 3/30/16 Some of you have told us that you aren’t able to get to the new feed by unsubscribing and then resubscribing so the newest episode you have is The Glasgow Effect. We recommend that you unsubscribe in whatever application you use and then do a search for the podcast in your app and subscribe from what it gives you in the results of that search. If you simply unsubscribe and then resubscribe from the location that your application already has saved you won’t get the new feed.

Andrew Gosden

In September of 2007, 14 year old Andrew Gosden slept in a bit, then left for school like any other day. After his parents had left for work, he returned home, drained his savings account and bought a one way ticket to London. He was never seen again.
